Who is responsible

The Directory of Professional Psychics ("the directory", "we", "us") at 1111tarot.com is published by Tinge World, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42040806, VAT number NL005472582B40, Poortland 66, 1046 BD Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described here, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

Visitors. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies for visitors. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running, for a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

Readers who apply for a listing. We collect the details you put in the form: your public name, photos, links, text, video link, specialties, location, languages, public contact details, a private email address for directory messages, and for paid listings your billing name, address, country and VAT number. We also log the IP address the form was sent from, to prevent abuse. We also keep your time zone and working hours (shown on your listing), a log of your confirmations and the page where you link back to us, which we visit automatically to check the link is there. We send your private page link to your private email address only. We use this to review your application, publish your listing, show your confirmed record, invoice you, send confirmation and renewal reminders, and answer your questions. Legal basis: performing our agreement with you, and for invoices our legal obligation to keep accounts.

People who write reviews. We collect your name, email address, rating, review text and IP address. Your name, rating and text are published; your email is used only if we need to contact you about the review and is never shown. If a review is challenged, we ask you for details of your reading; those details are seen only by us, are never shown to the reader or published, and are deleted 6 months after the challenge is settled. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running honest reviews.

Emails to us. We keep correspondence as long as needed to deal with it.

What is public

Everything in a live listing is public, including contact details once a visitor presses "Show contact details". Do not put anything in your listing that you do not want the public to see.

Embedded videos

Some profiles contain a YouTube or Vimeo video. We embed them in privacy-enhanced mode, but when you play a video, YouTube (Google) or Vimeo may set cookies and process your data under their own privacy policies.

Who receives data

Our web host stores the site and its database. Our email provider handles messages. Our bookkeeper receives invoice details. Payment providers (the card pay link provider or Zelle) receive what is needed to process your payment. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Listing data is kept while your listing is shown and for up to 12 months after it ends, so that you can return easily, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Rejected applications are deleted within 6 months. Invoices and billing details are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Reviews are kept while they are published.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to limit its use, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email sunnyjshores@sunnyjtarot.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.

Age

The directory is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
